when you are someone who is extremely open...
someone who invests in relationships a lot from the get-go...
someone who trusts easily & always looks at the better side of people...
someone who believes words even when actions scream the opposite...
someone who gives 2nd, 3rd, & 4th chances because you REALLY think it is deserved...

when you are that person, its hard to train yourself to be anything else.
its also hard to distinguish between being an idealist and being naive.
maybe theyre the same thing; i dont know.

what i do know is that sometimes you have to

.take a look at friendships & relationships from an outside perspective.

.and realize that no matter how much you care about someone,

sometimes you just have to let them go.
